Description
|
OUTREACH: Performs outreach to local shelters, streets, woods, and other areas where people who are homeless can be found to familiarize them with available resources and build trusting relationships.
TRANSPORTATION: Operates a free van run Mon-Fri mornings for transporting clients to local human service agencies, including social services, citizens services, health department, social security, medical appointments, and employment services such as Workforce Services and Frederick Community College.
