FAMILY PLANNING AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CLINICS: Provides complete and confidential reproductive health services to women and men ages 25-50 to reduce unintended pregnancies and improve pregnancy outcomes. Offers health education and outreach, pregnancy testing, STI Screening and treatment, emergency contraception, and health maintenance services. Also, recommend resources for substance use and mental health screenings and referrals, individual, group and family counseling.
