SENIOR RIDE PROGRAM: TaxiCard program provides a monthly subsidy for transportation to eligible Baltimore City residents who are 60 years or older or individuals with a physician verified disability. Registration is required, and must be updated every two years. The subsidy is income based and there is a monthly fee up to $12.

Eligibility Persons ages 60 and older and adults with disabilities. Subsidy Structure: Low Income (L): Monthly Income: $1,255 and under Monthly Payment: $6 CARE TaxiCard Subsidy: $42 Total Money Added to Your CARE TaxiCard: $48 Moderate Income (M): Monthly Income: Over $1,255 Monthly Payment: $12 CARE TaxiCard Subsidy: $24 Total Money Added to Your CARE TaxiCard: $36
