Offers a variety of transportation services depending on need and eligibility. Services include:

• Senior Bus: Door-to-Door transportation reserved for seniors (ages 60+). Operates Mon-Fri, 8am-1pm. Service areas include Redding, Shasta Lake, and Anderson. $5 suggested donation. Hours vary based on the area - contact for details.
• Door-to-door on-demand transportation for seniors (ages 60+) and adults with disabilities (ages 18+). Rides can be for any reason and are available Mon-Fri, 8am-3:30pm. Fee is $4, and free for Veterans. Rides are available in the following service areas outside the RABA service zone:
  • Rural areas in Redding

  • Anderson

  • Bella Vista

  • Burney

  • Cottonwood

  • Happy Valley

  • Millville

  • Palo Cedro

  • City of Shasta Lake.

(They can also transport outside the RABA zone to inside RABA zone or vice versa.)

All vehicles are wheelchair accessible.

May provide transportation during a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) event. Serves those needing transportation to a location powered by electricity or a generator. This service is only available when PG&E requests it.
