Description

TRANSITIONAL PROGRAM: Offers services that prepare an individual with a disability to gain their independence and helps them successfully transition into the community.
-Youth Transitional Services: Provides assistance to help prepare young adults, with disabilities, for their transition from high school to gainful employment or to a school for post-secondary education.
