Description

DENTAL CARE: Dental services are available to all adults over the age of 21 who receive full Medicaid benefits. There are no premiums, deductibles, or copays for covered services. There is no maximum benefit amount each year. Covered benefits and services include: Regular checkups, teeth cleaning, fluoride treatments, X-rays, fillings, root canals, crowns, pulling teeth – extractions, denture adjustments, and anesthesia. Program does not cover: experimental procedures, cosmetic procedures, dentures for adults 21+. Visit http://member.mdhealthysmiles.com for more information and a list of participating dentists.
