Description
|
The 2-1-1 Transportation Specialist is responsible for providing solutions-focused assistance to a caseload of clients, particularly individuals underserved by transportation services, individuals in rural communities, and inter/cross-county commuters lacking consistent access or affordable transportation options. Services include
- trip planning
- assistance with Medical transportation options including Medicaid Transportation
- Employment related transportation assistance
- providing access to emergency ride home program, free bus passes for TCAT, Gadabout and cross county transit providers
- assistance with long distance trip planning, help with booking city bus rides (Flixbus, Ourbus)
