HOUSING: Works to provide community with decent housing, a suitable living environment, and expanding economic opportunities principally for low and moderate income families.

DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE: Provides up to $25,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance in the form of a 0%, no monthly payment loan to assist first-time homebuyers in the City of Frederick. (Loan is re-paid upon sale or re-finance of the property.) Participants must complete a qualifying homebuyer education course. Call for additional details.
