IETA's objective is to increase access to clean electric transportation options to residents of the West End, West Hill and part of the Southside Flats neighborhoods in the city of Ithaca, including low income, veterans, people with disabilities.
On demand electric car/vanpool program eRide Ithaca, launching June 2026, using an app to reserve one of the electric vehicles. Trip must start or end in service area. Can only drop off in specified zone within Ithaca City limit or one of the four designated bus stops (Green St station, Seneca St station, Meadow St at Buffalo and Clinton at Corn St)
Cost is $5 and $1 for each additional resident. GO ITHACA membership discounts are available
