INFORMATION & REFERRAL: Provides information and referral to skills training, pre-GED classes and other programs that lead to economic independence and self-sufficiency, as well as in the areas of child-rearing, youth development, education, employment, housing retention, family self-sufficiency, health and household management and crisis intervention, service coordination to individuals, groups, and families who are residents of the City Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
