COVID-19 Update: Services are provided virtually. Individuals may be seen In-person by appointment only.
ADOPTION: Provides services which enable children to become free for adoption and to be placed with adoptive parent(s). These services can be provided at the direct request of the child's birth parents or initiated by foster care staff for children who have been abandoned or who have been in foster care with no chance of returning to their families. Children are placed with adoptive parents who have previously applied and have been approved through a home study process. Most of the children freed for adoption have special needs and disabilities. Transportation may be available with prior arrangements.
