Description
|
CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES: Investigates reports of abuse, neglect or exploitation of vulnerable children and arranges for services to remedy the situation. Risk factors are identified and service plans developed to prevent further risk of harm to the child. Provides children, parents, and other family members information and referral to emergency, social service, and support resources regarding child abuse, domestic violence, incest and rape.
