QUALIFIED DISABLED AND WORKING INDIVIDUALS: Serves individuals 65 and older or working disabled individuals 65 and under who are blind, physically disabled, or developmentally disabled. Helps pay for Medicare Part A premiums only. Requires documentation of disability.
