HOME-BASED SERVICES: Provides home-based services to improve family functioning and relationships through counseling and supportive services, to reduce risk of child abuse and neglect and to reduce risk out-of-home placement. Services include but are not limited to case management, individual and family counseling, parenting skills training, referrals to community resources, etc.
