COVID-19 Update: Building is closed to the public. Applications for services are available online and drop boxes are available to return them.
CASE MANAGEMENT Assists eligible persons to remain independent and living in the community for as long as possible. Services include case management, crisis intervention and referral and continuous evaluation of the client's situation. Accepts homeless walk-in and calls. Tries to place them in shelters with limited accommodation and provides consultation on any resources needed to assist them with their problems.
