CHILD, FAMILY & ADULT SERVICES: Focuses on the safety of children and vulnerable adults. Works with families to address safety, risk and well-being issues in efforts to prevent out-of-home placement, preserve families and bring permanency to children and maintain adults safely in the least restrictive environment. Provides legally mandated as well as voluntary services. Anyone can make a referral.
