Description
|
INFANTS AND TODDLERS: Provides early intervention services for infants and toddlers who are found eligible based on a 25% delay in any one area of development, qualifying diagnosis, or atypical development. Services offered include evaluations, family assessment, service coordination, audiology, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, social work, special instruction, family training, and a transitional plan for support, if needed, after graduating from the program. Services are provided in the child's natural environment such as their home, childcare, or preschool and within naturally occurring routines using reflective coaching practices with caregivers.
FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES: Available for any parent/caregiver whose child is receiving services from the Infants and Toddlers Program. Includes information, connections with community resources, trainings, support groups and Parent to Parent Program.
