Description EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES: Provides early intervention services for children birth to kindergarten who are suspected to have developmental delays or disabilities and their families. Includes assessment, case management, audiology, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, psychological observations, and a transitional plan for help after graduating from program. Offers a resource center including a lending library of books and educational materials as well as a support network comprised of families with children that have developmental delays and disabilities. Also notifies parents of conferences and workshops throughout the year.

Program
Eligibility Children from Birth to K who have been diagnosed with a developmental delay or a disability. Must have at least a 25% delay, a typical development or have been diagnosed with a condition with high probability for a delay or disability.
Languages Offered Accommodations possible.
Program Fees None.
Application Process Call for appointment. Accepts referrals from parent, health, childcare or social service provider or hospital/NICU staff.
