FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Provides emergency payments for court-ordered evictions, foreclosures, utility cut-offs, water bills and burial assistance and may be used only once in a 24 month period. Also available are funds for those who have experienced an official disaster (hurricane, flood, fire).
