Description
|
FAMILY PRESERVATION: Provides home-based intensive services for families in crisis whose children are at risk of out-of-home placement while ensuring the safety of each family member. This preventive includes crisis management, parent aide support, teaching and modeling parenting skills, and networking of extended family and community systems. Also works to connect families with community resources as needed.
