Description
|
CHILD DEVELOPMENT: Offers school readiness activities for low-income children. Provides inclusive services for children with disabilities (physical, mental or developmental disabilities). Also assists parents as the primary educator for their children.

Eligibility
|
Low income parents with children ages 3-5. Early Head Start accepts children 6 months-2 years old. Children ages 2-3 will be eligible for one or the other. Baltimore County residents only. Residents can choose which location they would like.
