Description	DIAGNOSTIC: Provides an assessment service to identify preschool children who may be disabled and in need of special education. Offers assessments, including hearing, vision, motor skills, psychological, physical & occupational therapy, medical, speech/language, and educational. Also serves as point of entry for children who may be disabled and require special education services.

Program
Eligibility	Preschool children ages 3-5 years, and children 6-21 years who attend private schools or religiously affiliated schools who have special needs, developmental delays or disabilities. Individual may reside in another county, but must attend a Howard County school or be on an approved list.

Languages Offered	Interpreter. Sign language also available
