PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING: Provides permanent individual housing for homeless men, women, and families with disabilities in Baltimore City. Families must be homeless and have children enrolled in the Baltimore City public school system.

Eligibility
|
Homeless families. Parent must be over 21, drug free, with a child enrolled at Head Start or the Baltimore City Public Schools. Applicants MUST be able to get a BGE account in their name. Applicant must not be a registered sex offender or have any felony convictions.

Program Fees
|
Monthly program fee is 30% of income.
|
Application Process
|
Applicants MUST go through the Permanent Supportive Housing Assessment system to be screened for eligibility. Once an application is received, Project Fresh Start will complete a criminal background check.
|
Documents Required
|
Birth Certificates, social security cards, picture ID, income verification and proof of school enrollment for all household members. Additional documents may be required.
|

|
18 and older.
|
Volunteer Duties
|
Clerical work and other projects.
