Description YOUTH OPPORTUNITIES (YO): Serves youth who are disconnected from school and/or the workforce and links them to community-based educational, workforce preparation and personal development services. Offers an alternative school for over aged youth, GED and Pre-GED classes and also provides on-line courses to assist youth earn a diploma. Assists youth with job readiness classes, job placement services, career screening based on skills and interests and career training in high growth industries. Also provides life skills, clubs, fun social events, fitness center and a recording studio.

Eligibility Youth, ages 18-24, who are Baltimore city residents and out of school.

Application Process Orientation Wednesdays at 11:30AM.
Documents Required Social Security card, photo ID, birth certificate and mail with current address.
Volunteer Requirements 21 and older.
Volunteer Duties Property maintenance and cleaning.
