Description

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES: Assists eligible Welfare-to-Work (WtW) and Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA) customers with life skills, remediation, career counseling, employment and training services. Provides unsubsidized employment. The WRC works with numerous community organizations to remove barriers to employment, such as literacy.
