Description
|
OVERVIEW: Provides eligible individuals with education and referrals for services for the prevention, screening, and treatment of colorectal, lung, and skin cancers. Program staff will set up the appointment and complete all necessary paperwork.

Must reside in Maryland and meet program income guidelines. Age guidelines are different for each cancer screening. Call for details.
