Description SHELTER: Provides emergency shelter for male-headed households, female-headed households and intact families. Onsite services for clients include meals, showers, laundry, case management, employment navigation, and linkages to services and resources as needed.

 All clients must be appropriate for a shelter bed, exclusions are as follows:
-Any acute medical issues that require monitoring, or a higher level of care to include any active communicable diseases (specifically in the first 72 hours)
-Any signs or symptoms of COVID-19
-Incontinence not self-managed
-Wheelchair bound patient that are unable to self-transfer
-No oxygen, lines, or drains
-Wounds that are not self-managed (patient must be able to do their own dressing, and also must have supplies)
-Must be independent in all ADLs
-Active suicidal or homicidal ideations, or acute behavioral issues
-Active lice or bed bugs

Program
Eligibility Homeless women and their children (cannot be older than 18), including pregnant women in their 3rd trimester, men with children and intact families (does not have to be married but must have one child together).
Program Fees Free.
Application Process Call the Shelter Referral hotline Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-4:30PM, call the shelter directly 4:30PM-8:30AM seven days a week, weekend hours, and holidays.

Volunteer Requirements 13 and older.
Volunteer Duties Varies.
