|
HEALTH INSURANCE ENROLLMENT: Refers individuals to community agencies with trained Navigators and authorized brokers responsible for facilitating enrollment and education of consumers of qualified health plans offered through the marketplaces during open enrollment. Medicaid is available year round. Also provides practical answers about new changes in health care, personal support for making the right choice and assistance with signing up for health insurance and how to enroll outside of the open enrollment period.

Eligibility
|
If you are between 18 and 64 years of age, lawfully present, and live in Prince George’s County, you can enroll in coverage through Maryland Health Connection, the state’s health insurance marketplace.

Documents Required
|
Social Security Numbers (SSN) or document numbers for any legal immigrants who need insurance. Birth dates and general information for all family members. Employer and income information for all family members. Policy numbers for any current health insurance, and information about job-related health insurance available for family members.
