Description	1) OUTREACH: Workers perform outreach to local shelters, streets, woods, and other areas where people that are homeless can be found. Staff members strive to meet people who are homeless, familiarize them with available resources, and build trusting relationships. 2) TRANSPORTATION: Operates a free van run Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-12PM. to transport clients to a variety of local human service agencies, including social services, citizens services, health department, social security, medical appointments, job services such as Workforce Services and Frederick Community College.
