LOW COST VACCINE CLINIC: Monthly low-cost public vaccine and microchip clinic is held the first Saturday of every month. Vaccine prices range from $6-$10 in order to allow pet owners to provide their animals with proper care. Pet owners can also have pets microchipped at the clinics as well as purchase and renew the Baltimore City Pet License(s). The clinic occurs at The Transformation Center, not BARCS. The Transformation Center address is 3701 4th Street, Baltimore, MD 21225

ANIMAL LICENSE: Provides animal licenses for a fee.

Program Fees Clinic is able to accept payments of cash or credit card, however, cash is preferred. If someone is unable to pay the low-cost prices and need further assistance, please email BARCS ahead of the clinic date at resource@barcs.org to discuss options. • Rabies: $6 (Minimum age is 12 weeks and must be 3lbs) • Distemper Vaccine: $10 (Minimum age is eight weeks and must be 1lb) • Microchip: $10 • Pet License Annual: $10 • Pet License Annual for Senior Pet Owners 65+: $5 • Pet License Annual (for unaltered animals): $30 • Pet License Annual for Senior Pet Owners 65+ (for unaltered animals): $15 • Pet License Lifetime (animals must be altered): $100
