|
CODE BLUE SHELTER: Operates Nov 1-Apr 15 when the Freezing Weather Shelter Plan has been activated based on temperatures dropping below freezing. Shelter activation may be extended to include daytime hours when County offices are closed due to severe weather conditions. Men and women are separated unless it is a family. Activation begins at 6PM and continues through 9AM the following morning. Guests are asked to arrive for intake between 6-10PM. Callers should call the Department of Social Services' Information, Referral and Screening line at 410-887-TIME (8463) during regular business hours or the Baltimore County DSS After Hours call service at 410-583-9398 outside of regular business hours.

|
Individuals must arrive no later than 10PM. Individuals should contact Baltimore County Department of Social Services (DSS) to confirm activation and bed availability.
