Description UPDATE 1/25/24: Offering some adult vaccines right now (Flu and Covid for under and uninsured adults); agency is not offering immunizations at the 1515 W North avenue site at this time – just the 1200 East Fayette Street site. Providing a mobile clinic program for Covid and Flu vaccine. IMMUNIZATION CLINIC: The Baltimore City Health Department’s Immunization Program offers services to help prevent vaccine-preventable disease, conduct disease surveillance, and provide and monitor immunization-related health education and community outreach.
