MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TRANSPORTATION: Provides Medical Assistance recipients transportation to and from medical appointments (and mental health appointments with a Psychiatrists and/or Psychologists) ONLY IF no other mode of transportation (including public transportation) is available. This is a "last resort" service.
