|
OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSING BOARDS: Provides the Real Estate Commission to examine and license real estate brokers and salesmen. State Athletic Commission manages, supervises and regulates boxing, kick boxing, mixed martial arts and professional wrestling. Establishes health and safety standards, and licenses individuals participating in these sports as promoters, managers, judges, referees, and contestants. Home Improvement Commission licenses home improvement contractors, subcontractors, and salespersons and investigate consumer complaints regarding home improvement work done by licensed and unlicensed persons. Pursues criminal action against unlicensed persons.
TAX PREPARER COMPLAINTS: Oversees tax preparer licensing. If consumer is compaining about a tax preparer licensed by the labor board, complete the Board of Individual Tax Preparers complaint form online.
