Eligibility
|
Residents of Baltimore City with low income. Must have income that exceeds monthly rent. Assistance available once per year.

Application Process
|
Callers will be screened over the phone. NO WALK-INS.
|
Documents Required
|
Photo ID, proof of income, Social Security cards for all household members, Lease and Failure to Pay notice, Warrant of Restitution, or eviction notice and letter from Landlord/Leasing Office on Letterhead indicating amount behind or rent ledger.

18 and older.
