Description COVID-19 UPDATE: Assisting adults age 60 and older who do not have internet access register for COVID vaccines. The City is working on providing mobile vaccinations to homebound individuals, residents can discuss that when they contact MAP.

INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE: Offers in person assistance to individuals, families and caregivers with questions and/or concerns. Connects individuals with information and referrals to other programs and benefits (such as health promotion and disease prevention, transportation services, housing and income support programs, utility cut-off assistance, eviction prevention, prescription medication expense assistance) that may help people remain in the community.
