JOB TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT: Provides assistance with preparing for, finding, and maintaining a job as well as a comprehensive program for employment and workforce development. Also includes training in interpersonal and job readiness skills.
ADULT EMPLOYMENT & JOB PLACEMENT: Provides assistance by actively connecting participants and clients to additional opportunities in the community for both education and career advancement. Offers a skill assessment, where they attempt to better pair career choices with individual skills and education. If additional job training is needed or a certification obtained, they are connected with the proper resources.
