LEGAL SERVICES: University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC) and The Southwest Partnership have partnered with Maryland Legal Aid to provide free civil legal services with a volunteer attorney one-on-one for low income residents of Barre Circle, Franklin Square, Hollins Roundhouse, Mount Clare, Pigtown, Poppleton, and Union Square and UMMC employees that meet the requirements.
