Description
|
CASE MANAGEMENT: Offers services to students to help achieve holistic health of children, families and communities. The program employs Community School Coordinators within three schools, Frederick Elementary, Franklin Square Elementary/ Middle School and Mary Ann Winterling Elementary, to serve as a single access point to supports including health and social services, housing assistance, food, job training for parents, and more.
