LONG TERM CARE OMBUDSMAN PROGRAM: Investigates and resolves complaints of elder abuse and neglect in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The goal of the program is to protect the safety, welfare, and rights of senior residents in long term care facilities, advocating on their behalf.
