Description	FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Provides eviction prevention services for residents facing a pending eviction. Case management and counseling is provided to those in need and for early intervention to prevent eviction. Trains clients on budgeting and other life skills. LANDLORD/TENANT INFORMATION: Provides education on tenant rights and responsibilities as well as mediation between the landlord and the tenant.
