|
CAREER MENTORING/DEVELOPMENT: Provides basic job readiness and career options within the water and solid waste industries to participants. YH20 is a six-month commitment, running from March through August. Recruitment and interviews begin January 2023. APPLICATION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY FEBRUARY 24TH, 2023. Program is administered through partnerships with Department of Public Works and Chesapeake Water Environment Association and the Mayor's Office of Employment Development.

Eligibility
|
Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore and Howard Counties residents between the ages of 18-24 who have a high school diploma or GED, are unemployed or underemployed, not currently enrolled in a job training program or post-secondary education and are interested in working within the water and solid waste industries.
