Description TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE: Baltimore City's Let's Ride To Work program provides up to 40 free Lyft rides to work for eligible newly employed Baltimore City residents. These free rides must be to and from work. Residents should contact Transportation Coordinator Nikki Reed through email at Nikki.Reed@baltimorecity.gov to apply. The eligibility requirements for the program are: 
  • Baltimore City resident impacted by the pandemic 
  • Have a job offer or be newly employed in Baltimore City (began job within last two weeks of referral)  
  • Have a stated transportation need 
  • Employment must be at least 32 hours per week 
Those who are interested should fill out the assistance request form online at: https://moed.baltimorecity.gov/lets-ride-work-program
People should indicate 211 as the referral source when completing the form.
