IMMUNIZATION RECORDS: Provides a website that allows people to review their immunization / vaccination history, print their official records, and get reminders for future immunizations. Services are free and secure. Offered in partnership with the Maryland Department of Health. Visit https://myirmobile.com/ to login or create an account.
COVID-19 Vaccination Record
If someone does not find COVID-19 records in MyIR, or if they need those records corrected/updated, below are stes they can take to get them added/corrected:
-Ask the site where they were vaccinated to add or correct, and report their updated record to ImmuNet.
-If the site is now closed (e.g. some mass vax sites), try the site sponsor (e.g. local health department).
-People can also ask their healthcare provider to add/correct it in their system (so they can have their complete immunization history) and at the same time, send their updated record to ImmuNet (from their system).
