New Horizon Day Care offers a safe, homelike environment for individuals 18 years of age and older who have physical or cognitive impairments. We provide a preferred alternative to nursing home providing engaging activities, opportunities for socialization and expert health care dedicated to helping our participants improve daily functioning or delay deterioration.
