This program is for adults and out-of-school youths (age 16 years and older) who want to improve their reading, mathematics and writing skills. There are several locations in New Castle County. Diploma and GED programs at James H. Groves High School in Glasgow. Call for locations and more information.
Instruction available to foreign born who want to learn to speak English or learn more about citizenship.
