SERVICES OFFERED:
Christmas 2023 Registration for families with children ages Birth - 11 years old
Please call the phone number listed for an appointment, 318-325-1755 - Appointments Required (Appointment are limited and first come first serve basis).
Parents/Guardians must bring the following documentation for the application to be considered. We will not complete the approval process for those who do not have all information available for verification. All information must be current.
- Parents/Guardians must have their Picture ID (Driver's License, Government issued ID)
- Certified Birth Certificates or Court documents (custodial paperwork) showing custody for all children who meet age requirements (no copies or hospital records accepted).
- Must provide proof of all household income or if you are supported by another adult/Family/Freinds, must have notarized statement that you live in their home, and you must provide their income and expenses ( Disability Award Letter, Employment, Unemployment, WIN Job regstration, Child support or DHS Statement of non-support, SNAP Award Letter, Pension,TANF, School Grants/Loans, SSI Award Letter, Social Security Award Letter, Section 8 Paperwork, other income, notarized stament of ANY income help from anyone else).
- Proof of All Household Expenses (Utility bills,cell/landline phone bills, car note/Insurance, credit cards, loans, medical bills, Cable/satellite, Rent, rental furniture).
- Parents/ Guardians - be prepared with children's correct clothing sizes, 3 gift wishes and 3 books (this information can not be edited once it has been entered)
Anyone receiving any Christmas Assistance with another agency, will not be eligible through the Salvation Army.
