Description

Provides volunteer opportunities for adults ages 55 and up. Opportunities include: - Mentoring or tutoring children
- Sharing legal or financial expertise
- Helping seniors prepare for natural disasters
- Assisting survivors of natural disasters
- Cleaning up the environment
- Leading fundraising efforts
- Mobilizing other volunteers
Foster Grandparents & Senior Companions programs offer seniors a small stipend and mileage reimbursement.
Provides outreach materials for how to be prepared in the case of a disaster and/or PSPS event. Email tina.brown@dignityhealth.org.
