Description

Provides available low-cost rent housing within Tulare County.
The Court and Paradise Apartments consist of 20 family units, which include eleven 2-bedroom and nine 3-bedroom units. Each unit comes equiped with standard features such as refrigerators, exhaust fans, dishwashers, garbage disposals, microwaves and ranges.
The project is conveniently located near government offices, a pharmacy, and medical care facilities. There is a large community building on-site along with a playground for children.
The project was partly funded by the City of Visalia’s Redevelopment Low Mod (RDA) and HUD Home Community Development Organization funds (HOME-CHDO). Kaweah Management Company, a 501 (c) 3 Non Profit, and the Housing Authority of the County of Tulare collaborated in the development of this project.
