Provides available low-cost rent housing within Tulare County.
Sultana Acres has thirty-two 3-bedroom units and four 4-bedroom units. All of the units are one story, single family or duplex homes with yards.
There are three fixed rent levels depending on family income. All family members 18 years of age or older must be citizens or legally in this country. Rents include water, garbage and sewer.
Applications are taken in our Dinuba office located at 1435 South College Avenue
from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
